Heal your Stepmum Resentment

  • Started Apr 24 at 7:30 PM BST

Take your power back and join me for a free 2 hour workshop on how to heal and release your stepmum resentment for healthier relationships, a more peaceful mind and more control over your home and the direction of your life. REPLAY AVAILABLE!

Resentment is one of the most common stepmum emotions, but I am here to show you how to release it, and thrive in stepfamily life!

You may feel resentful because:

  • You had your own life before, and now feel trapped by a custody schedule, stepmotherhood or the fact you can't relax in your own home. You may feel like the outsider in your own home, unable to speak up, your needs not met and like you give with nothing in return.

  • The ex has a hold over your partner or whether your stepkids are allowed to have a relationship with you, and even though she isn't in your home, her presence is there for a lot of the time.

  • Of financial agreements and obligations such as child maintenance, court fees and your partner even prioritising his children financially over spending money on your home, you or the children you have together.

  • There are expectations placed on you of how much you should contribute financially, emotionally or physically with your stepchildren, but you don't get the same respect or appreciation as a bio parent.

  • You don't feel you get the best of your partner - you get the leftovers after he has taken care of his other responsibilities and you don't feel as important or loved.

  • This wasn't the life you had imagined and your stepmum grief causes resentment.

In 'Heal your Stepmum Resentment', I will teach you :

  • How resentment serves us as stepmum's, what it is teaching you and what boundaries and mindset shifts you need to take ownership of your home, your role and your relationships as a stepmum.

  • The deeper rooted issues connected to resentment as a stepmum (such as low self-worth, insecurity, rejection, helplessness, grief, shame and guilt), the understanding of where they have come from and how to release them from the body, mind and emotions.

  • How to turn resentment into a source of empowerment, growth and healing for you as a stepmum, woman and human being.

  • How to strengthen your romantic relationship, which is the foundation of a stepfamily, and a major key to healing resentment.

All the important details:

  • The workshop will run live on Thursday 24th April at 7.30pmUK and a replay will be available for a week after. After that, it will become a paid workshop.

  • A private group chat will be running live from 23rd-27th April, however be quick to join when you sign up as there are limited spots are available in the group.

  • In the private chat, I will share further daily trainings + there is space to share & offload your feelings and ask me any questions.
