Explore jealousy, feeling second place, emotional security, unmet needs and the beliefs that can be activated when your partner’s children or the ex take centre stage.
WEEK 3 — YOUR SELF-WORTH & AUTHORITY
You are allowed to have a voice.
Explore feeling like the outsider, losing your authority, people-pleasing and the need to prove your worth. Reconnect with your voice, boundaries and sense of belonging.
WEEK 4 — THE WOMAN BEYOND STEPMOTHERHOOD
Explore the grief of the life you imagined, reconnect with your identity and begin creating a life that feels bigger than your stepmum role.
