Charlotte Gough Coaching Agreement - Terms and Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY
In both one to one and group coaching – I will do everything possible in line with our processes to enable you to achieve results and desired outcomes.
I will work with you to identify barriers and solutions and provide proven approaches and advice based on my personal and professional experience.
You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action taken during your coaching period.
You as Client, by enrolling into a programme agree to this Coaching Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach will not divulge what is shared in the coaching relationship without consent. You, of course, are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.
SCHEDULING
All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email on charlotte@charlottegough.com
Terms & Conditions
By making the first payment you agree to the full schedule as explained on your payment plan which may vary in the length of the term.
Eligibility to cancel the agreement and payments after first enrolment is limited to 7 business days. This refund is only available if services have not commenced.
Requests to terminate the contracts outside of this are limited to the discretion of the Coach.
Notice of cancellation
All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to charlotte@charlottegough.com. A cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received by us.
Please Note: No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows.
Minimum Terms of Coaching & Membership
The Coaching Programmes are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. Once you sign up for your coaching programme, all payments must be completed.
We may on rare occasions agree to freeze your coaching programme, for a nominal fee due to extenuating circumstances – this is a case-by-case basis and offered out of our discretion.
Payment Plans
If any instalment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any instalment payment, the result may be cancellation of the Programme and the Cancellation Policy will apply. Any credit card decline will result in a penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default and may result in additional fees being applied.
Programme Changes
The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programmes as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time the Client or Coach believes the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation, before cancelling the Programme or Sessions.
Intellectual Property
All material relating to the Programme is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Indemnification
You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, legal, business or investment actions if this applies to your programme.
Agreement Section
By entering into a Coaching Agreement through signing a Coaching Agreement with Charlotte Gough, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
